Return & Cancellation Policy of SUMMERKING
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same and original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In Exceptional case if we decided to accept your return you refund shall be processed within 3-5 days of the confirmation of return from our side.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer has the option after placing the order, for the cancellation till the product shipped by SUMMERKING. After product shipped by SUMMERKING, for the order cancellation customer can deny to accet the delivery. In this case, if any prepaid amount paid by the customer shall be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt the shipment at SUMMERKING warehouse.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item with images and videos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
